The MSCA4Ukraine programme (HORIZON-MSCA-2025-MSCA4UA-01), organized by the European Commission, is open for applications until 16 September 2025, 5:00 p.m. (CEST). A total of EUR 10 million has been allocated for the implementation of the programme.
MSCA4Ukraine is one of the initiatives within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, created to support Ukrainian researchers affected by the war. The aim of the current call is to select an organization or consortium that will be responsible for coordinating the future call – planned for 2026 – dedicated to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from Ukraine.
The selected institution or group of institutions will be responsible for, among others, for selecting candidates and enabling them to safely continue their scientific work in universities, R&D units, companies and public institutions based in EU Member States or countries associated with the Horizon Europe programme.
