On September 11-12, 2024, we invite you to participate in the 2nd Internationalisation Congress, organised by the National Agency for Academic Exchange and the National Science Centre.
The 2nd Congress of Internationalisation is a follow-up of the debate held in the spring in Gdańsk. During the event, representatives of academic and scientific community will continue the discussion on how to wisely develop the internationalisation of science in Polish universities and scientific institutes.
Several hundred representatives of universities and research institutions from all over Poland, as well as foreign experts, will meet in the hospitable walls at the University of Warsaw.
The congress will also address the issue of how to encourage talented scientists to stay in their countries. Polish researchers who have successfully worked abroad will share their stories, describing how international mobility has influenced their career development.
The key part of the congress will be the discussion between the representatives of the ministries for Foreign Affairs, Development and Technology, and Development Funds and Regional Policy. These are Prof. Andrzej Szeptycki, Dr Henryka Mościcka-Dendys, Jan Szyszko and Ignacy Niemczycki. The opening speech will be delivered by Prof. Hans de Wit, an excellent Dutch expert in the area of internationalisation.
In order to take part in the congress, the registration is required via an online form.
