| Objective: | The LIDER program is aimed at young scientists. Its goal is to expand the competences of young scientists in independent planning of research works and managing their own research team during the implementation of research projects, the results of which can be applied in practice and have implementation potential. |

The aim of the program is to increase the competences of the scientific staff, especially scientists of the younger generation. The Leader programme finances initiatives aimed at improving competences in the area of independent planning and management of a research team.
