INNOGLOBO Program is to enable entities from Poland to establish research and development cooperation with foreign partners from those countries of the world with which Poland maintains diplomatic relations, and NCBR does not regularly organize bilateral competitions (i.e. except for countries such as: China, Israel, Luxembourg, Germany and Turkey). As part of the competition, applicants have the opportunity to obtain funding for the implementation of international projects with different budgets, relating to various thematic areas, including completely niches. The requirements for competition applications are the participation of at least one foreign partner in the project and the fact that the thematic scope of the project is included in the current List of National Smart Specializations.
