What is the fee?
The summer school is free for successfully admitted participants. All students receive scholarships.

Who is it for?
UPWr Summer School offers 2-week-long courses on natural sciences at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (UPWr). The program is targeted at international students in their final years of master’s programmes in natural sciences from foreign universities, who consider applying for a PhD programme after graduation.

Online lectures available for all students, both Polish and international
On-campus workshops available only for international students studying at universities outside of Poland

What is the programme about?
UPWr Summer School is a great opportunity to learn from top academics and gain hands-on experience in your field of interest. You will meet like-minded individuals from all over the world, discover new research opportunities and explore new places. There is no better way to make your summertime well-spent and unforgetful.

In the 2022 edition you may choose between two courses offered to Summer School participants:

  1. Horses as a topic of scientific research for everyone.
    Covering topics like equine physiology and physiotherapy, molecular studies, cardiology and grasslands.
  2. Dogs and cats in interdisciplinary scientific research.
    Covering topics like oncology, cardiology, and reproduction.
