We are pleased to announce the call for applications for the POLONISTA NAWA Scholarship Program.
The program aims to promote the Polish language and popularize Polish studies and research globally. It offers opportunities for foreign and Polish scholars interested in Polish language, culture, literature, comparative studies, Polish art, or history to pursue their studies or research projects in Poland.
We invite foreign and Polish researchers whose projects focus on Polish linguistics, teaching Polish as a foreign language, literary studies, comparative literature, Polish culture, art, or history; as well as students and doctoral candidates in Polish studies and related fields.
Participants in the program can receive scholarships for full or partial studies in Polish philology, Polish studies, and related programs at selected universities in Poland, conducted in Polish.
Researchers benefiting from the POLONISTA NAWA scholarship can undertake research projects lasting from 3 to 12 months at Polish universities, also available in English.
Polish scholars and academic teachers are encouraged to pursue research and teaching projects at foreign academic institutions that offer Polish, Polish studies, or Slavic studies with Polish taught at least at the bachelor’s level.
The application deadline is April 4, 2025.
