| Objective: | The main goal of the GOSPOSTRATEG Program is to increase the use, by 2028, of the results of socio-economic research in shaping national and regional development policies. The seventh competition under the Program aims to select contractors of the so-called commissioned projects and covers two research issues submitted by the Ministry of Climate and the Environment. |

The seventh call for proposals under the GOSPOSTRATEG Program covers the following thematic issues:
Research issue No. 1 Sectoral program for the reconstruction of selected branches of Polish industry for the needs of offshore wind energy (OWE) in order to create a new Polish economic specialization
Research issue no.2 A comprehensive program of transformation and revitalization of the Polish industry for the development of photovoltaics. Promoting intra-sector cooperation, stimulating an increase in productivity, innovation and personnel competences, and strengthening energy security and supply chains for the development of photovoltaics.
